Light movements even for a baby
The new era of Sliding systems
Soft and Light Movement
The innovative FLUID technology guarantees the best possible smoothness: the opening and closing movements are extremely soft and light.
The soft-closing damper of Fluid system introduces an important novelty, given that the damper case is directly connected to sliding trolley and it includes an hydraulic piston which brakes the door on its movement.
Therefore closing motion is leaded by a structure, equipped with two springs located in the upper and in the bottom side of the slide.
Silent sliding movement
Extremely silent system
The noisness is reduced
Extremely silent system: no vibration thanks to the innovative elastic elements.
Fluid Technology introduces a series of elastic elements, both in the wheels of the sliding system and in the trailer hitch of the system, which allow to cut any vibration of movement and to increase the silence of the activation hooking, and of the entire system.
Linear movement always guaranteed
the result of a continuous research
Linear and uniform movement even on irregular surfaces
Sliding trolley wheels are equipped with coated bearings of large dimension and memory shape independent stabilization spacers, laterally positioned.
These stabilization spacer, inserted between bearings and related rigid support, allow the wheels to slide uniformly leaning on the track, even in case of wall defects or not aligned installation of the track itself.
Versatility and capacity: all options for door width and weight range
Thanks to the three versions of dampers equipped with Fluid Technology, door width starting from 650 mm (25 19/32”).
The capacity of the Fluid Technology systems ranges from 30 kg up to 160 kg (66 ÷ 352 Lbs).
La capacità dei sistemi Fluid Technology varia da 30 kg fino a 160 kg.
reinforced profile
Extremely silent system
Reinforced profile and ongoing study for door’s design and performance
New Fluid damper is closed by a “U” shaped anodized aluminium profile.
This canned extruded profile also act as a reinforcement of the entire damper structure, avoiding any type of flexion.
Thanks to the “U” shaped profile, the mechanical components have been aesthetically concealed.
IMPROVE THE USER EXPERIENCE
Sliding quality test: enhancing performance of sliding systems
Terno Scorrevoli has developed the “Sliding Quality Test”, a procedure based on an internally engineered machine aimed at improving the performance of sliding systems and ensuring customers achieve the best possible results.
The technology enables the measurement of door behavior during opening and closing phases, recording position and speed throughout the entire test. Within TLAB, a testing machine has been designed to monitor the long-term performance of sliding systems, capable of conducting tests at various speeds.
For each weight class within the Fluid product range, the system setup was tailored to achieve the following objectives:
- Smoother door/leaf performance during the closing phase.
- Optimization of door/leaf opening force.
- Guarantee of a bounce-free door/leaf at closing speeds of up to 0.5 m/s.
CLOSING TEST: 80 kg (176 Lbs) — 0,5 m/s
